 Delivery - Furniture & larger feeders will be sent using a courier this may be UPS,TNT or DHL usually takes 1-2 working days.

We will email you a tracking number.

 The collars, leads and other accessories will be posted 1st class with Royal Mail

Returns will always be accepted within 7 days and refunds given or item exchanged. we will only pay for the postage if item is faulty.
