If you prefer not to use paypal payment can be made by cheque or ringing though to Pink Whiskers where we can securely process your card details over the phone taking all major cards including Amex. or by BACS (please email/ring for account details)

 Delivery - Furniture & larger feeders will be sent using a courier this may be UPS,TNT or DHL usually takes 1-2 working days.

We will email you a tracking number.

 The collars, leads, smaller feeders and other accessories will be posted 1st class with Royal Mail

Returns will always be accepted within 7 days and refunds given or item exchanged. we will only pay for the postage if item is faulty.
